Great shoulder and arm support to allow me to train again with a torn lt bicep and lt shoulder injury not yet diagnosed. 2 months not able to train but with my shoulder brace in place gave me the confidence and support to be able to lift heavy weights today pain free in my shoulder and relatively pain free with my bicep for which it was not actually meant for . After trying many other shoulder supports I found anaconda to be the best by far , my sport is skydiving after a serious shoulder dislocation and break I was told I'd be out for 18 month at least , after some research trial n error the anaconda support was by far the best , most comfortable and not bulky and I did my 1st 15000 jump after 10 month with using anaconda, obviously very nervous but support bracelet worked wonders . I’m back!

Torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and separated left shoulder in 2001. Had to stop jiujitsu. Suffered for years. Pain bench pressing. There were times I couldn’t raise my arm to get a quart of milk out of the fridge. With this brace I’m benching heavy again. Pull-ups too. Anaconda has figured it out.

Game changer

I was a bit skeptical when I first reviewed this item, but once I had it in my possession and used it, I was sold. It’s like magic. It really helped me with mobility of my left shoulder. I was able to lift the heavy weights needed while in the gym. It gave me back my strength and confidence. I do have to add that for me, It’s a tad bit uncomfortable in the beginning, but once I get used to it and knew how to adjust the fit for me it was like putting on socks.

Awesome wraps

I love my shoulder wrap!! I have arthritis in my right shoulder which would pinch when doing any chest workouts. Since using the wrap my pain is gone during my workouts and there is no residual pain after either. I LOVE IT!!

Finally a Brace That Actually Works!!

This is the 3rd Shoulder brace I've purchased over the last 2-3 years, and the first one that actually works!! I'm putting off a "Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement" of my Left Shoulder. I'm in my mid-40s. Been lifting weights religiously since I was in my teens. Recently a new (to me) shoulder ache popped up. Great Product, Very Fair Price.

I have a shoulder injury from training that completely made my left arm unusable. That shoulder required orthopedic treatment and physical therapy. Using your shoulder sleeve has made my left arm 80-90% usable. But the head of my humerus MUST fit between the two gell pads. When the brace is on properly it's a blessing. I'd like to suggest the gell pads be thicker to hold the brace in place a little better.

I have used this product now for a couple weeks and it is great. It fits nice and snug on my shoulder and the best thing for me is the strap is not too narrow. It is about two inches wide and does not twist during my workout which was the problem I had with other products !! Thank you !

Nagging shoulder pain

I recently purchased the shoulder brace after being on the fence for a looooong time. While I don’t know exactly why (diagnosis wise) my shoulder hurt, when I wear the brace the pain subsides substantially. Shoulder replacement

I had a total shoulder replacement Feb or 2025, obviously my shoulder was extremely weak after surgery, worked my way back to being able to return back to gym. Great brace

Great brace. Comfortable, pliable, and supportive. I have purchased 3 over the last 2 years, and they have really helped my shoulder during pickleball and basketball. My only critique would be to make the strap with stronger Velcro (it feels better nice and tight), and maybe some sort of non slip material on the strap to keep it from sliding up. Just my thoughts for improvement. I would recommend this and I would obviously buy it again.

Using to Avoid surgery

The shoulder is amazing! May even prevent me from having surgery. However i think i may have a size too big. I ordered 2 med in accordance to the size chart, but feel like its a tad big. Can i make a return for a small to see fitment?

I bought one for my shoulder hesitantly after a poor decision buying a lesser model on Amazon that actually made my shoulder hurt worse. I had ordered a size to large for me and so I gave it to a hockey player with a rotator cuff problem and it has helped alot. He is able to use his shoulder properly again but only issue is the securing of it . . . straps a bit long and the velcro release easily. This might be a point to look into.

Very Impressed

The shoulder brace is incredible and feels very comfortable, sometimes I forget I am even wearing it. i mow about an acre of a pretty hilly yard. I walk behind a large self-propelled mower, but it requires some serious manhandling. Constant turning was killing my right knee. With this brace I don’t even notice it. I’m very content with it. I especially like that it has no Velcro straps, just a nice, snug elastic fit.

Works for me as presented

In an era of overhyped products. I was really happy that this one actually works as intended. Popped my shoulder out of place and had some partial tears. I got the anaconda shoulder brace to aid my posture during recovery. I felt confident enough to start back on the BJJ mats after a week and I feel secure with the brace. I have both the knee and shoulder brace. My shoulder is a lot tighter ad able to perform a lot better at the gym and in martial arts. After 2 knee surgeries, my knee has the support needed for max weight at the gym. Both are actually very comfortable. Great solid product.

Waking up with shoulder pain - Gone!

Both my shoulders have been bothering me at the gym and affecting my workouts. My shoulders were most painful at night and when I first wake up in the morning. As a person who always was in intense physical employmet I greatly appreciate the anaconda shoulder brace I have pinched nerves at c6 in my neck rotator cuff tendinitis woth a hole the size of a pencil diameter in the tendon as well. Actually, got these for one of the soccer players I work with to help with his bilateral shoulder instability. He refused to wear the actual Sully brace he was supposed to, so I got him this, and he absolutely thought it provided much better security.

Great Shoulder Brace

At first it was a little uncomfortable but after using the brace my shoulder felt great. The Anaconda shoulder brace gives stability to my shoulder. Having surgery done to my rotator cuff, the shoulder brace help to support my shoulders. I got the small brace and at first I thought it was too small but it makes sense to have it tight.

Non-fighting use

I play racket sports. After years of use my shoulder has arthritis and there is some movement that shouldn’t be. This brace keeps the shoulder firm and is comfortable in the process. I started with a large based on my weight but the medium turned out to be the right fit.

Great Product

Rotor cuff surgical repair done 10 years ago. Shoulder began to ache during bowling. Bought the brace. The brace holds the upper arm and shoulder in place and the pain was greatly lessened. The brace also seems to have sling-shot effect and makes it easier to roll the bowling ball.

Honestly, this product is great. If you’re wearing it against bare skin then it’s slightly uncomfortable; but easy fix… put a shirt on. I separated my ac joint in my shoulder a few years ago and that left me with shoulder problems years later. Wearing this brace really helps hold everything where it’s supposed to be. CrossFit Recovery

I have a tear in one of the 4 muscles in my left rotator cuff that is very limiting when it comes to the movements I need for CrossFit workouts. The Anaconda Shoulder Brace supplies the support needed to avoid having that torn muscle try to do anything solo. I just did a workout with 60 pushups and 60 pullups with no pain at all. I can even do one arm dumbell thrusters and snatches (with lighter weights, of course). I tried other shoulder braces, but this one is the best by far. BTW, I am 77 years old and I can deadlift 350.

Comfortable fit

Have been using the shoulder strap for a few weeks now while weight training. It does offer great support especially after the injury I had. I had the XL, I wasn’t sure it would be my size as the size chart was based on body weight but it does fit very well. And is lightweight to not really notice wearing it.

Top Teil

The only problem I've noticed is that the strap keeps slipping under my armpit, causing it to chafe against my nipple. I'm currently trying to secure it with suspenders. Otherwise, the shoulder support is excellent.

The perfect wrap does exist.

Fantastic piece of equipment. After hurting my shoulder and possibly damaging my rotator cuff I was frustrated with the "drug store" shoulder wraps I had a available. Great Product

I was a little sceptical at first how much this would help, as I have been working out since 1990"s and was suffering with considerable shoulder pain at night, to the extent where it was waking me up. I still have some pain, depending on what exercises I have been doing, but no where near as much and sleeping through the night. I hurt my shoulder lifting

I hurt my shoulder lifting my wife off the ground when she had a brain bleed and a seizure. Being 78 and no superman something had to give. I could hardly lift my right arm. The gel pad is perfectly shaped to cradle a torn cuff. It rides a little close in the arm pit and the strap gets a little uncomfortable after wearing through a 12 hr work shift, but the support is worth it.

Color me impressed!

I've been using this shoulder brace for a couple weeks. There is a very noticable improvement in my shoulder mobility. I tore a few muscles in my shoulder and back while post pounding last spring. I get regular massage therapy but I want seeing any improvement. I still have pain but it's getting better every day. One thing I might suggest is some rubber grip on the inside of the band that goes under the opposite arm to keep it from sliding up into the arm pit. But that's really my only complaint and fairly minor. The brace works great.

I have Bicep tendonitis and was extremely painful to lift weights, I tried several other shoulder braces but they were uncomfortable to wear and did not help. This one you cannot even tell it is on and it really stabilizes the shoulder perfectly to eliminate the pain.

Worth every penny

Hi, I have sprained my ac joint twice in my right shoulder and pretty sure something is torn in my left. I train brazialian Jiu Jisu 4 to 5 times a week and have been using other braces that seem to help. But this one is on a whole nother level. So much more support I can use my arms like they're meant to without fear of them getting worse. I dont feel that sore after rolling either. I feel like with these and pt I can actually get better while staying on the mat.

Better than the rest

Ive tried a couple different braces from amazon and ordered this one because of the tight sleeve around the bicep. Others were adjustable and ended up binding. This one fits tight. I ordered one size smaller than recommended. Just finished a week fly fishing in Patagonia 4 months after bicep and rotator cuff repair. Had right shoulder surgery, 2 tears in rotator, both bicep tendons shreaded and one was cut out the other one was sewen to collar bone. This shoulder brace gives me some comfort of stability while weight lifting.

Instant results

High quality brace. I'm 51 with minor, but longstanding shoulder issues. I primarily feel it on barbell bench pressing. I've worn the brace for my last few workouts and had much better results as far as post workout pain. Almost none, when usually my shoulders would bug me for days after training. I got size large. I'm 5'11, 205 and lean. Shoulders about 50 inches. The large fit well. I double looped one end for a slightly snugger fit.

Work function approved!

I was unable to work due to my recurring shoulder pain from an injured rotator cuff but the brace instantly removed so much of the pain I’m able to get through a full day of work with little to no discomfort from my Injury or brace! Well this is an amazing

Well this is an amazing brace because I had a bad right arm muscle. Really bad and it has been correcting it and fixing it and letting me play disc golf with longer throws. The only bad part about this brace is there's not enough velcro. It seems to pull apart after a couple hours of sweating. Other than that I would tell anybody if they have a bad shoulder or arm or anything. This thing is great. He even gave one to my daughter and she says it's working for her too

I don't even use this for fighting, but more so for fitness days when I'm trying to push or pull more weight than usual, or if my shoulder feels weak, i'm not sure if it's placebo but since wearing it my shoulder feels much more supported and more stable than usual. a well made and very secure product. worth the investment

Fits great

First shoulder brace I’ve ever had, bought to assist in rotator cuff rehab after repair. The fit is great and it provides the support needed for my recovery. If I had to suggest anything it would be to pad the strap or use softer material as the Velcro cuts into armpit at times.

Shoulder Pain Relief

I am 74 years old with shoulder pain. I purchased this to give support to my shoulder. In 2 weeks, the pain is greatly reduced. I do wish the strap that holds it could be made so it didn't slip up my side when I am active. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase.

Shoulder Brace

Great support that actually keeps my muscles warm, preventing them from getting tight during training. The brace is very comfortable, easy to wear, and simple to wash and dry. Had a minor shoulder injury for 2-3 years and couldnt find anything that helped. Wasnt able to do much pressing (incline, flat, decline didnt matter) besides a machine here and there on the good days. After putting this on, the first day was able to incline press with dumbbell and barbell. Highly recommed anyone w a minor or major shoulder injury.

Anaconda Shoulder Brace

I use it when I sleep and it has helped. The strap though likes to ride up and is not stationary so always need to keep adjusting it. Maybe make a double shoulder brace where it goes across your collarbone/upper chest. Love the shoulder brace material. This is well made!

I give it a solid 9. /10. I wish I would of got 1 size smaller. Im A big guy and have a wide chest and bigger arms then most. I wish I would of went with the xl instead of the xxl. But I wrestle 5 days a week and im confident with it.

Shoulder brace

Hello Anaconda Team, Unfortunately, the shoulder brace is not suitable for me. This is definitely not due to the product itself - the quality is fine. I have had surgery on both shoulders, and as a result I have lost over 20 kg. At 1. 89 meters tall, I currently weigh only 60 kg, so I am simply too thin for the shoulder brace. For now, I need to find another way to rebuild some muscle without the brace. Hopefully, once I have gained enough strength, I will be able to wear it in everyday life and especially at work. Excellent Shoulder Brace! Love it!

Five stars. I love anaconda braces! Have 8 knee braces, and 2 shoulder braces. With the shoulder brace, the velcro is fine for most uses including during bjj, but during muay thai/boxing, when striking with the same side as the brace, the velcro can come loose. But still five stars from me!

Great solution for hyper mobile joints

This brace has really helped with shoulder pain I get from my hypermobility! I frequently have debilitating neck and shoulder pain on one side or the other because of my hyper mobility causing my joints to slip out of place. Other braces and posture correctors made the issue worse, this holds my shoulder in place and takes pressure off my neck without being too stiff. I can wear it all day without discomfort or increased stiffness.

Excellent support

Being that I suffered from a dislocated shoulder in my younger years when I used to box and now having Anaconda shoulder brace has given me the advantage I lacked for many years. Keeping my shoulder secured and preventing injury at my age is key and brace does so.

Shoulder brace

I recently ordered the shoulder brace and can say confidently it works as advertised. I can roll and grapple no problem keeps my torn tendon in my shoulder nice and tight. I chose Anaconda fight wear so i can keep training while still letting my shoulder recover with the brace.

Old meat cutter.

I have been cutting meat for many years and the repetition of the cutting motion has done its damage to my shoulder. I thought about finding another career but I’m old so I wanted to stick it out. Had a double shoulder injury and had to take ALOT if time of from boxing and grappling and working out all together, got very depressed and worrid about missing training, ordered the shoulder brace and i can go back to training very lightly. left shoulder pain after missing the j hooks when finishing overhead press. the light compression helped. also, i'm missing the end of my clavicle (fracture with non-union) so the padding is really nice for protecting the humeral head when in a front rack position

Best in class

I have had shoulder pain for a while. Bought this brace put it on for 6 hours and my shoulder pain subsided by more then 75%. The longer I use the better but there is a downside. The strap is un comfortable across the chest for long periods. Forget going to sleep with it. Even with those few things it is an amazing product.

Works great!

The Anaconda shoulder brace has been instrumental in strengthening my upper body. The pinching pain and clacking sensation in my shoulder have significantly reduced. It’s an excellent solution to prevent surgery and enhance my shoulder’s strength.

Great Brace!

This shoulder brace is great! In using it for an out of alignment rotator cuff. It was recommended by two others from my dojo. I was able to participate in my martial arts tournament with it on, it doesn't cut the pain off completely, but it does mitigate it.

Helpful post-Rotator Cuff surgery

Having had my right shoulder rebuilt just before Thanksgiving 2024, and primarily working at a desk, I've had residual pain after working all day or driving long distances. I do the stretching and strengthening exercises to help, but this shoulder brace has proven to ease the pain from both directions. It's s great product.

So far, it has been great!

The shoulder brace is great. It really does help. I have a minor tear in my rotator cuff. If I make sudden, big movements, it feels like my shoulder "pops out of its socket". I have not had that issue at all with the brace when training jiu jistu. I hope it continues to work that way. My only regret was the size I got. I feel like I should have gone one size smaller.

I have a trapped root nerve in my neck which the only way of fixing it is by surgery, which the surgeon is not go to do as it could leave me paralysed and the pain runs from my neck to my shoulder. I had my left shoulder replaced a year ago. The surgery went well and recovery wasn't terrible. But now it's getting sore again. Or was getting sore again! I don't really understand why, because the brace isn't very tight or restrictive, but it has made a huge difference in mitigating the pain. I'll be getting my right shoulder replaced soon so I'm glad I purchased the second brace when offered at a discount! I'm very pleased with this brace.

Unexpected Suprize

Bought for my epileptic son who's seizures have caused shoulder damage causing multiple dislocations. We were excited to see it helped keep his shoulder in socket during a seizure as well as help him use the injured joint.

Great stability

I really like it. It's been a big help a few years ago I sprained my shoulder in a car accident and it hasn't been the same since. Then last year I completely dislocated it swinging a kettle bell. So I've been looking for something I can train and lift with and this brace has really helped stabilize and relieve pain. It's been great.

Fantastic product

Absolutely brilliant, like really wasn't expecting it to be as effective as it is. The velcro, if possible could be ever so slightly stronger if possible, but otherwise performs exactly as advertised.

Shoulder tendonitis

Had shoulder tendonitis for quite some time now which really made me struggle with weight lifting but this brace def helped alot in working out pain free. Especially when you go to doctors who said they had no more solutions.

Surfer's Shoulder Recovery

My left shoulder has been unhappy for quite some time. I have a torn labrum and a tear in the rear rotator cuff from years abuse. After several cortisone shots which did help short term, I was told I needed surgery. Recovery from surgery is 6-8 months and is not guaranteed. I surf daily and the wetsuit helps keep the shoulder tight. The issue I have is when I'm not surfing. The pain returns and minimizes my mobility. Wearing the Anaconda shoulder brace minimizes the pain and also allows me to rehab my shoulder using resistance. I'm very stoked!

Helps with shoulder injury

I trained Muay Thai on a daily basis, but I hurt my shoulder at one of my S&C session while doing shoulder presses. After feeling 80% from the injury, I used the brace and train moderately. It provides great support and gives me confidence during training. Only wish the strap around the chest would be slightly thicker and some how the stitches could be tucked away cuz it itches.

Phenomenal, I’ve had bad knees

Phenomenal, I’ve had bad knees since I was in high school. So when I started ju hitsu they’ve always hurt after and trying certain things I’d be restricted physcially because of it. Now though with the anaconda braces I’m able to move how I want so my tools can be more goofy and fun, but best of all I literally have no knee pain. I’ve been using them when I run as well and it helps a ton with that too. Highly highly highly recommend!

I've been having trouble with my shoulder over a few years now and nothing really helped till I got this. It adds a spring to my arm and stability. It also feels like it slowly helps moves my shoulder in place. Hurts after a few hours but I wake up feeling better

Technical review

The brace brings my shoulder up to the correct level making my shoulders even. The pain doesn't go away instantly but it gives you the ability to rebuild the muscles with proper alignment of the structures that make up the shoulder. You may also feel discomfort in your lower traps and/or rhomboids. That's because you have to rebuild those muscles with proper alignment as well! Shoulder injuries affect alot of muscles that you may not realize are affected. This is a great product for alignment and rehabilitation.

Phenomenal product!

After wearing the shoulder brace for a day I noticed a significant difference in mobility of my shoulder. It's almost like it was pinching a balloon from inflating and once I wore the brace, I started to regain motion comfortably above my head.

Great and Effective

The anaconda brace definitively made a difference in my training. I have an injury in my labrum and it stopped me from training comfortable. But once I started to use the brace I noticed my shoulder was able to endure more movement and impact before it got too tired or uncomfortable.

Avoiding Surgery

WHY DIDN'T I FIND OUT ABOUT THIS EARLIER?

I have tendon and ligament issues in my left shoulder that felt like electricity was running down my arm. Additionally, my arm would lose circulation when I slept making many nights miserable. I started using the shoulder brace and saw immediate relief. I no longer feel electricity running down my arm. I now wear it less than an hour a day to keep muscle memory. I’ve always had a weak shoulder. About 5 years ago, it finally gave out and I couldn’t lift weights at or above shoulder height anymore. I’ve struggled finding anything I enjoyed quite as much. Very good for stability and pain

I recently had a shoulder injury from work. I'm a PSW and I move people around. And a few months ago my shoulder popped and this is the only product I've used that's taking the pain away and and held my shoulder in a very comfortable position.

Just had Shoulder /Rotator Cuff and Bicep reattachment on my right arm. I have been wearing it when I am training and restrengthening it and it is great! Worked well

I was a bit sceptical, but worked rally well. Gave me confidence that shoulder was well supported. I had a reoccurrence of a long standing rotator cuff injury and thought I would have to take time out, but this worked really well.

Not knowing if this shoulder brace would work or not I only had hope. Now that I’ve worn it during multiple workouts I can GLADLY say it is surprising me big time. Great and Supportive

I bought this for an ac tear I had in my shoulder, I wear it during wrestling practice and high impact activity and it makes me feel more secure. It gives more support to my weaker arm and is an amazing product.

Does exactly what says it does

I recently had shoulder surgery and bought the shoulder brace as well as a knee brace because I have a bad knee from years of building telecom towers. Both braces work exactly as described and make my shoulder and knee feel so much more stable, it's like night and day. I went on a long hike with the knee brace on and my felt incredibly strong and stable the entire way. Zero pain.

Amazing!

The shoulder brace is very supportive. I am 70 years old, mountain bike a lot, and have been doing a lot of digging in the backyard lately, and it is a game changer! My shoulder does not hurt lifting heavy things when I use the brace. Very comfortable , I almost forget it is there. With that said shoulder has also been improving during this time. I would but it again. One improvement would be to increase the size and or holding power of the velcro. It holds most of the time, but once and awhile it will pop off.

Shoulder support is next level

I love this product, so much better than the others on the market that I have tried, supports the shoulder- I currently have bursitis, torn rotator cuff and small tear in my bicep). I bought 2 x large and my only issue is that the sizing is quite generous so my adjustment Velcro straps are at the tightest setting and I could do with being able to make the strap tighter( I usually get large/ x large) sizing but when I purchase another, I will get the medium.

Lifting Again

Works great! I have been using it for a few weeks now for my lifting sessions and it has helped a ton. I tore something in my shoulder years ago and it did mot heal properly. This has helped me get back to some strong lifting.

It just plain works

I can tell that it works - my only problem is that my arms don’t fill the brace, so it slides around a bit. I use it for golf, and it really helps stabilize my shoulder, so I can really turn on the ball hard without protective movements. Just need to hit the weights so it fits me better. Great quality and very well made for the price.

So far so good. I just started getting should pain out of nowhere, and bought an anaconda shoulder brace, the pain didn't go away, but this helps tremendously. The pain is lessen by a huge margin. Definitely would recommend to any with join, ligament pain.

Tried many other braces for my rotator cuff injury. This one is the only one that has truly felt supportive and comfortable! Very impressed! I am 6', 195. I almost ordered a large but read reviews saying it may stretch. So I went with a medium and to me it's a perfect fit! Snug, but feel the support is better than if I had ordered a large.

Had velcro issues with the bracer. Reached out to support who promptly sent me a new one. New one is great, I was able to do 2 high intensity Muay Thai training with no pain including when sparring. Great product

Great for dislocation

I love it, I suffered a shoulder dislocation 7 days ago and I've been wearing the shoulder brace for the last 4 days. Its reduces inflammation and in turn reduces pain. It also provides great stability not requiring the need for a sling in my opinion. I've suffered 5 shoulder dislocations and this brace is top notch in getting you back to regular life.

Finally some relief.

Shoulder support is much more solid and aids in my walking by compressing the area. I have slept in it. Comfortable. Fits great, I should have ordered athe next size in wrist support. It was to small.

We purchased a shoulder brace and knee brace and were sent two knee braces by mistake. After contacting customer service they were amazing in sending out the replacement very quickly. They were so helpful and so quick to respond. Both braces are fantastic quality and have helped us so much.

Brilliant

I’ve dislocated my left shoulder over 5 times and due to constantly injuring it I had to get surgery back in October 2024, after months of rehab and finally been given the clear to go back to training after almost 2 years out this product provides my shoulder with extra security during rolling can’t recommend it enough

I work as a farmhand, did some shoulder damage almost 2 yrs ago and never really recovered. I’ve tried a few different braces and this one is by far the most comfortable and most effective that I’ve worn. I bought 2 in different sizes because I was in between on the size chart. If you're unsure, I recommend sizing down. I use both, one for work and one for weight lifting and they've helped tremendously for recovering an old shoulder injury that occasionally flares up.

Recovery from a shoulder replacement

The anaconda has a good fit with good mobility yet still giving its support. As a challenge to recovery this has been serving me during rigorous workouts for my recovery giving me the support & peace of mind. I highly recommend their products.

Bought this brace to help with shoulder pain. Fits as advertised and helps relieve the tension I feel on the joint. Old age, doing dumb things when younger and then a mountain bike accident a few weeks ago have taken a toll on it. Shoulder brace review

This is a well built brace. It stays put during the class. I never have to adjust it. Tip: don’t think the strap has to be very snug. Tighten it to where it is comfortable. Adjust the shoulder pad to cover rotator cuff. You may need to place the pad higher in the Velcro The brace won’t move it has a compression fit.

Shoulder and Elbow braces

I find myself between sizes and ended up just purchasing Mediums and Larges in both the shoulder and elbow braces. After some testing I prefer the feeling of supprt with the mediums. They have made a big difference managing my tennis elbow with kettlebell training. The shoulder brace does take a bit of fiddling around to get it correctly fitted, but once correctly adjusted it feels solid and keeps my dodgy rotary cuff feeling supportive throughout the workout. I will keep the larger sizes. Who knows, I might stack on some muscle on this aging…

After a rotator cuff operation a good few years back and letting my finess lapse, recently started using a gym again and needed a shoulder support, tried a few previously over the years but they wernt very stable or comfortable. Used the knee brace one time to help with some old rodeo injuries, blown away by how quickly this thing works. I work in the tree industry currently and do a fair bit of climbing, this brace brings me back to slightly better than factory settings. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Definite Relief

The little triangle "massage" piece in the middle threw me off at first. But it works! Typically, the shoulder that got separated 10 years ago ached the day after rolling even after stretching it. I've been wearing it for ~ 12 practices now and the shoulder isn't even sensitive the next day. I'm even hitting the shoulder with roll-falls now! It's definitely an asset that's going to keep me in the gym. 6'2" 285lbs, 47yo 10 out of 10.

I use the Anaconda shoulder brace due to rotator cuff soreness, helps with addition. Al support and allows me to train pain free. Great quality products! I have also added the back brace to allow me to train through a front rib cartilage injury, i wouldn't be able to continue the train through the injury without it.

Best shoulder brace on the market

I’ve purchased several shoulder braces but this is the only one that actually fits comfortably and supports. I’ve worn it to the gym, to work, and to sleep and it’s extremely comfortable and it actually fits on my arm without cutting into it. Awesome product, I ordered a shoulder brace and it's helped me tremendously. I mistakenly ordered a XXL when I needed a XL, the company acted quickly upon my request and exchanged it without question.

It works!

I completely tore my rotator cuff last December. I haven't had time to do the surgery I've been told I need. I spend the spring and summer riding dirtbikes usually but I was worried about the stain this would have in my shoulder, causing more pain. I bought this compression garment specially for riding dirt and it works like a charm. For all the bouncing and popping over obstacles and the jarring and work my shoulder had fine through, they're was no pain after a day of riding. I highly recommend this product!

This Brace Works

I wear one of these every day. I'm sixty-one years and have a partially torn rotator cuff and this brace saves me a lot of discomfort. Thankfully I purchased two of them, so I always have a clean one. I highly recommend this shoulder brace.

Once you get the size right

Great shoulder support in the gym and the dojo, once you have the correct size. I’ve had trouble with the size chart on almost every item I’ve ordered, either too large and not enough compression or too tight.

Great product works better than expected!

Brace works very well and allows me to continue pursuing my activities and strength training with significantly reduced pain and discomfort. Works well for any activity involving the shoulder and my daughter plays catcher for high level fast pitch softball and uses one for her throwing arm due to a partially torn labrum.

Excellent product. The pressure was perfect and took the pain out of my shoulder. If I had 1 suggestion for improvement, it would be to find a way to shield skin from the Velcro. It was a bit abrasive under the arm but not enough to stop me from wearing it.

61 yo and just refuse to quit!!

I purchased two shoulder harnesses. I am a disabled vet and am in a wheelchair. I have torn the labrum and rotator cuffs in both shoulders. I wear these when I work out. I am currently training for for the 2026 Veteran’s Wheelchair games and these have made that training so much easier. I am able to lift heavier. I totally love them, although I probably should have ordered the Xtra large because I have the straps totally extended and it feels pretty tight at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Torn rotator cup

I have suffered with this injury for many years. I've use different shoulder braces and by far this one is the best. It's great during strength and conditioning workouts and boxing workouts. Next is to use it in a round of golf.

Knee, shoulder, and elbow braces

My son is heavy into jiu-jitsu and wrestling and has had some injuries. I have ordered the knee brace and shoulder brace for him and he loves them both. They fit snuggly and provide all the support he needs to keep rolling. I have had a lot of elbow problems with lifting and ordered the elbow brace for myself. Again, that thing is awesome. I won't lift without it. And I'll probably be buying a second one soon.

I bought the shoulder and knee brace. And the shoulder one worked great I've had two surgeries on it and it helped fkn awesomely. The knee one was the only knee brace that actually fit my legs. I got the 3x and it helped a lot. If anyone sees me from head to toe in these things you know why!

Shoulder Brace

Amazing correction - had shoulder reconstruction 20+yrs ago - have stayed in shape, never had anything that gave that tightness and support to the shoulder while still maintaining comfortable flexibility…. Product is amazing and I’ve found wearing it in down time (while working at computer, watching tv, etc) is more effective in combating minor chronic fatigue, arthritis, stability…. And remaining comfortable to move around and do tasks.

Shoulder Brace

I had shoulder surgery on my labrum recently. I am finally able to no longer wear the sling. This brace gives me amazing support when I workout, even though I am not really lifting anything with that arm, I can feel the extra support it gives. I am excited to test it out when I am finally able to go back to grappling and striking.

I’ve tried multiple shoulder braces

I’ve tried multiple shoulder braces for a year and none really fit the female body. I saw this and thought, “This could work!” I sustained the current injury in jiu jitsu and would like to return. Taping my shoulder is bad for my skin over time and braces are bulky and unwieldy. This little guy is perfect! … and looks cool.

Amazing brace

The brace makes a significant difference in my training sessions. Long story short: I have 2 tears and detached labrum on my left shoulder. I was frustrated with this injury for years and thinking about surgery but for now I’m good. If you are hesitant to invest the money I suggest that you go for it. PT AND THE BRACE IS THE WAY TO GO. 🙏

Mountain biker

I am not a grappler, I am an endurance mountain biker. Last year I injured both shoulders but still tried to race. I ended up dnf at 65 miles because I could no longer support myself, the shoulders just couldn't hold me up. I purchased 2 of the shoulder braces. I used one for the first time indoor training and it helped hold the shoulder in place. Then I move to weights and it allowed me to incline dumbell press. Previously I couldn't do it. I'm looking forward to see how it helps outdoors in the aggressive single track.

Nice brace

I like the shoulder brace. It can't handle sweat as the velcro comes undone when wet but I just stitched mine at the right size. The price was good and customer service was top notch. It seems to provide stability to my shoulder when I'm working out. The compression feels good too.

Post op rotator cuff surgery!

I used this to assist with post operative rotator cuff surgery’s pain. I had no idea if it would help, but was willing to try, and it did the trick for me. The contact pad on the inside and the compression was just enough to take some of the discomfort away. I plan on continuing to use this throughout my recovery and after. Great product!

Had to go down a size to small to increase the support. Had issue with the strap biting into armpit but mostly resolved with size change. Purchased due to a pulled pectoral tendon. Stabilizes shoulder and pec nicely for weight lifting. Looks good, high quality product.

I’ll be 67 in August and have been doing martial arts only 2 1/2 years along with my grandson(Junior Blackbelt). I have achieved a Brown belt in 2 different styles and am working on a 3rd Stripe Whit Belt on Brazilian Ju Jitsu. I have been having a lot of problems as of late with my right shoulder. I find this brave beneficial. I wear it while working out or playing golf, but also after the fact when my shoulder feels fatigued or sore. I would prefer that it didn't run up my neck, because I would like to wear it under my military uniform without it showing. Other than that, it would add advertised.

Improved Shoulder Stability w/ Labrum Tear

I got the Anaconda Shoulder Brace to give me a little piece of mind from a posterior labrum tear. Along with some PT, and smart exercise choices, this brace has been great in providing additional stability to my injured shoulder. It has allowed me to continue to sprint, jump, and weight train with minimal additional damage. Would definitely recommend.

I’m an old guy (77)

I’m an old guy (77) with a need for complete left shoulder replacement. After using for a couple of weeks - it helps hold the parts together. I can do my first thing pushups (50) and stretches then circuit training at the gym. I’d say I get a good 10 - 15 percent improvement. Gets me up to about 70-75 percent use of shoulder. Shoulder Brace Review

Shoulder brace is great. I dinged my right shoulder rolling which has led to some discomfort doing pressing type movements. This brace has let me continue training. I highly recommend using it to stay on the mat and stay training.

Shoulder and knee brace

I got the shoulder brace and the knee brace for my teen son who wrestles in high-school and has both a knee issue and shoulder issue, and he swears by both. His physical therapist is very pleased with both as well and told us it was a very smart purchase. Couldn't be happier with the products.

Great relief for AC joint injury that healed poorly

Really relieves the discomfort I experience from an ac injury that flares up time to time. Normally wear it around the house but now I’m tempted to take it to the gym with me and see how it does there. 46/M very active outdoors and weight train regularly.
