Amazing relief of pain, the thermal knee brace
I used it today 01/08/2026. after a lot of pain in my left knee after a bout of jiu jitsu where my knee got slammed into the mat, causing me to stop my training for the rest of that session. I had mine in the freezer and I used it straight after training. Worked wonders on the aches and pains. I’ve had double knee surgery and loved the possibility of mobility. Pleasantly surprised
I was in the army for 6 years. I’ve had knee pain since 2020. I’ve tried pretty much everything from strengthening, PT, stretching before and after workouts, sauna, cold plunges, everything. The knee pain always came back. I’ve been using these for longer than I should each night for 3 weeks and my knees feel brand new. I can’t recommend these enough.

It doesn't move when walking
It doesn't move when walking but supports the knee comfortably. The cold can be removed and placed in the refrigerator (for an hour) then reinserted.
Can i get a 6th star added?
Installed a roof, Did some sword fighting and when my bad knees scream, this ice pack design is absolutely heavenly. Needs another star its so good.
